Terms and Conditions*

+ Non-members may join the AARC at the symposium. The difference between the regular fee and the discounted fee will be applied to the AARC membership.
+ Early registration is available through March 23. Beginning March 24, the fee increases $50.
+ Refunds are accepted through April 8 and are subject to a $15 processing fee. No refunds beginning April 9.
+ Only institutional checks will be accepted. No personal checks.
+ Payment by institutional checks must be received by April 8 or your registration may be void.

+ Photographs taken during the conference may be used in future NYSSRC publications and promotions.
