The New York and New Jersey State Societies for Respiratory Care would like to invite you to exhibit at the 33rd “Rocking Chair” Leadership Conference. This meeting will be held from Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9, 2023, at The Winter Clove Inn, Round Top, NY. The exhibit fee will be $695 without housing and $1,000 with two nights of housing. Payment and registration are due by Friday, April 21. Space is limited.
Exhibit fee entitles:
- Conference registration for one company representative, including two-night accommodation, all meals, taxes, and gratuities.
- Other representatives from your company may attend at a rate of $200 per night / person or $324 per person for the complete two-night package. Individuals must be employed by your company / organization.
- Table space at the conference to display equipment, brochures, and related items.
- Opportunity to formally present your products and services during the conference.
- Recognition from the podium as a conference sponsor.
- Recognition on any conference promotional items as a sponsor.
- Opportunity to network with respiratory care managers and educators.
