This year, on Thursday September 7, and Friday, September 8, the 41st Annual New York State Society for Respiratory Care Symposium will be held at the Turning Stone Resort, located at Exit 33 of the NYS Thruway in Verona, New York. We anticipate that we will have a larger than usual turnout this year. Approximately three hundred therapists, other health care professionals, and thirty-seven vendors attended in 2022. We think you will be particularly happy with the amply scheduled exhibitor times, as well as the vendor space planned for this year. As always, breaks and meals will occur adjacent to exhibits to maximize the visibility of your products. Please call the Turning Stone, (800) 771-7711, for regular room reservations and specify that you are attending as part of the NYSSRC group to receive discounted room rates of $169 or $209 depending on location. If using the website, use code: HNRRC222. Rooms blocked for conference discounted rate is until Monday, August 7.

Our booth registration fee for 2023 will be $900. This year’s registration will begin April 20. Additional booth space may be added at $400 each. Please note that all booth fees must be received by Monday, August 7. Please note that only two registrants are included in the booth fee. Additional booth staff should register as conference participants if continuing education credits are sought or may register as additional booth staff for an additional fee if continuing education is not sought (see registration form). A maximum of two registrants per booth is included in the single booth fee with additional representatives charged $120 each with a maximum of four people. As always, we are interested in speaker sponsorships, as well as support for refreshment breaks, entertainment, etc. Any sponsorship will be highlighted in publications and announcements, and of course is appreciated! Sponsorships may be used to partially or fully offset booth registration costs. Please let us know if you are interested.

Please be sure to complete all appropriate areas of the form. Payment may be made by credit card, or you may indicate a company check will be forwarded and will arrive no later than August 8th to hold your booth reservation. Please make checks to NYSSRC and mail to Joseph McDonald c/o NYSSRC, Inc., PO Box 6214, Syracuse, NY 13217-6214. Be sure to indicate that the check is for the Annual Symposium at the Turning Stone and include the online confirmation number the check should be applied to.
