42nd Annual State Symposium – Vendor Announcement
To our valued vendor colleagues:
This year, on Thursday and Friday, September 19 and 20, the 42nd Annual New York State Society for Respiratory Care State Symposium will be held at Vernon Downs Casino & Hotel, located at 4229 Stuhlman Rd. Vernon, New York 13476, off Exit 33 of the NYS Thruway in Vernon, New York. We anticipate that we will have a larger than usual turnout this year. Approximately 250 therapists, other health care professionals, and forty vendors attended in 2023. We think you will be particularly happy with the amply scheduled exhibitor times, as well as the vendor space planned for this year (the vendor tables will be in the room where the lectures are). As always, breaks and meals will occur adjacent to exhibits to maximize the visibility of your products.
Please call Vernon Downs, for regular room reservations and specify that you are attending as part of the NYSSRC group to receive discounted room rates of $79 – rooms have recently been updated.
Rooms blocked for conference discounted rate is until Wednesday August 25, 2024.
Our booth registration fee for 2024 will remain at $900, for those who register early. This year registration can be accomplished online beginning April 20, 2024. Please go to our website, www.nyssrc.org, and follow the tabs to vendor registration on the homepage beginning April 20.
If more than one booth is desired, additional booths may be added at $400 each. Please note that all booth fees must be received by Monday, August 12, 2024. Please also note that only two registrants are included in the booth fee. A maximum of two people per booth is included in the single booth fee with additional representatives charged $120.00 each with a maximum of four people.
As always, we are interested in speaker sponsorships, as well as support for refreshment breaks, entertainment, etc. Any sponsorship will be highlighted in publications and announcements, and of course is greatly appreciated! Sponsorship may be used to offset the booth registration costs partially or fully. Please let us know if you are interested.
Please be sure to complete all appropriate areas of the form. Payment may be made by credit card, or you may indicate a company check will be forwarded, and will arrive no later than August 12, 2024, to hold your booth reservation.
Please make checks payable to NYSSRC and mail to NYSSRC, Inc., PO Box 6214, Syracuse, NY 13217-6214. Be sure to indicate that the check is for the Annual Symposium at Vernon Downs and include the online confirmation number in which the check should be applied.
