This year, the 43rd Annual New York State Society for Respiratory Care State Symposium will be held on Thursday and Friday, September 18 and 19, 2025. It will take place at Vernon Downs Casino & Hotel, located at 4229 Stuhlman Rd. Vernon, New York 13476, off Exit 33 of the NYS Thruway in Vernon, New York. We expect that we will have a larger than usual turnout this year. Approximately 250 therapists, other health care professionals, and 35 vendors attended in 2024. We believe you will be particularly happy with the amply scheduled exhibitor times, as well as the vendor space planned for this year. As always, breaks and meals will occur adjacent to exhibits to maximize the visibility of your products.
***Please call Vernon Downs, for regular room reservations and specify that you are attending as part of the NYSSRC group to get discounted room rates of $79. Rooms blocked for conference discounted rate is until Wednesday August 25, 2025.
Our booth registration fee for 2025 will stay at $900, for those who register early. This year registration can be accomplished online beginning April 28, 2025. If more than one booth is desired, extra booths can be added at $400 each. Please note that booth fees must be received by Monday, August 20, 2025. Please also note that only two registrants are included with the booth fee. A maximum of 2 people per booth are included in the single booth fee with additional representatives charged $120 each with a maximum of 4 people.
As always, we are interested in speaker sponsorship, as well as support for refreshment breaks, entertainment, etc. Any sponsorship will be highlighted in publications and announcements and of course is greatly appreciated! Sponsorship can be used to partially or fully offset booth registration costs.
Please be sure to complete all appropriate areas of the form. Credit card or ACH (e-check) are accepted. Alternatively, you can indicate a company check will be forwarded. The check should arrive no later than August 20 to make your booth reservation. Please make checks payable to NYSSRC and mail to NYSSRC, Inc., PO Box 6214, Syracuse, NY 13217-6214. Be sure to indicate that the check is for the Annual Symposium at Vernon Downs. Also, include the online confirmation number on the check.
