$200 AARC members
$300 non-members

Late Registration Fee of $25 applied after September 8.

Non-member rates include AARC membership. AARC members who are active military are admitted at no charge, with military ID. Contact us for a discount military discount code. Senior fees require senior AARC membership.

Accommodations

Rooms have been blocked at the rate of $99 / night for Wednesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 17. For room reservations please call (315) 829-6800 the hotel and ask for the NYSSRC room rate. Discounted rates will be available until August 17 or until unavailable.
