The NYSSRC, Inc. is seeking vendor support for this year’s Western conference. Vendors will be attending the conference to display their products / services just outside of the connected conference area. The cost of $550 gives each vendor 10.5 hours of time to display their products and services. Two exhibitor badges are included in the standard booth fee. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for $50 each with a maximum of 4 representatives per booth. 7 CRCEs are available to interested vendors seeking continuing education hours.
Breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments will be available to all attendees and vendors. There will also be a networking cocktail party after presentations are completed and certificates are handed out. We are expecting around 200 attendees which includes pulmonologists, respiratory management, direct leadership from Western New York, respiratory therapists, nurses, as well as graduating students from the surrounding colleges. There is always the option to sponsor one of our speakers or cocktail hours which would in turn waive the standard booth fee.
