Results of the NYSSRC Elections for 2026 – 2028

Congratulations to the newly elected Board of Directors of the New York State Society for Respiratory Care to serve from 2026 to 2028. The new members are as follows:

We would like to thank all those who participated in the election and who ran for elected positions. These newly elected representatives will join the continuing board members at our Annual Business Meeting in April. Due to a venue change, the meeting will be held either on April 16-17 or on April 30-May 1 in the Albany area. Please keep an eye on our NYSSRC Website or on our Facebook page for finalized details regarding the Annual Business Meeting. The new members of the Board will be working with our incoming NYSSRC President, Jennifer Pedley.

All members of the NYSSRC are welcome to attend our board meetings. Attending the meetings is a great way to learn more about the board, the Society’s work and to definitely stay connected with issues involving the profession and actively understanding state-wide initiatives.

We definitely invite all members of the NYSSRC to become involved with the NYSSRC beyond serving on the Board of Directors. By participating in the work of the NYSSRC you can become an active participant on committees, assist in educational and public relations events, and certainly contribute to projects and initiatives that support our mission and vision. We would truly appreciate your desire to participate in our activities, our actions, our committees and our initiatives.
