“Leadership Development in Respiratory Care”

The New York and New Jersey State Societies for Respiratory Care would like to invite you to exhibit at the 29th Annual Respiratory Managers / Educators Conference; aka The “Rocking Chair” Conference. This meeting will be held from Thursday, June 9 to Friday, June 10, 2016 at The Winter Clove Inn, Round Top, NY. The exhibit fee will be $675 and is due by Friday, May 6, 2016, but we will take registrations after deadline, space permitting and company name may not appear on the promotional items. And as always, space is very limited so please register early.

Exhibit fee will entitle your company or organization to the following:

• Conference registration for one company representative, including two nights accommodation, all meals, taxes and gratuities.
• Other representatives from your company may attend at a rate of $200 per night/person or $300 per person for the complete two night package.  Individuals must be employed by your company / organization.
• Table space at the conference to display equipment, brochures and related items.
• Opportunity to formally present your products and services during the conference.
• Recognition from the podium as a conference sponsor.
• Recognition on the conference promotional item as a sponsor.
• Opportunity to network with respiratory care managers and educators.
