Conference registration fees

Non-member rates include AARC membership. ** AARC members who are active military are admitted at no charge, with military ID. ***Senior fees need senior AARC membership.

Registration details

• Non-members can join the AARC at the symposium. The difference between the regular fee and the discounted fee will be applied to the AARC membership.
• Early registration discount ends after September 8.
• No refunds after September 8.
• Payment are made via credit / debit card / ACH, Amazon Pay, or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover through our secure online payment processing. Additionally, we offer Google Pay or Apple Pay on their devices. Only institutional checks will be accepted. No personal checks except ACH electronic payment.
• Payment by institutional checks must be received by the conference date or your registration may be void.

• There will be a $5.00 processing fee for all refunds.
• Photographs taken during the conference are used in future NYSSRC publications and promotions.

Hotel Details

• Rooms have been blocked at the rate of $79/night in the Hotel for Wednesday, September 17 and Thursday, September 18.
• For room reservations, call (315) 829-6870.
• You must ask for the NYSSRC room rate to get this discounted rate. Make sure reservations are made by August 18, at 5:00 PM to get the discounted rate.

We are applying to the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) for ten continuing education contact hours (CRCEs). NYSSRC advises all registrants that the final program is liable to change due to unforeseen circumstances involving committed speakers.
